Stress is the root of a lot of health issues and something that we are all dealing with on an every day basis. Yoga offers a lot of tools to manage stress and create more calm and balance in your life. In this workshop you will learn what stress is and how it affects the body and the mind, and I will offer some tools and practices that you can do on a daily basis to counterbalance that.
The workshops consists of a theoretical part of ca. 45 min on stress (what is stress / stress vs. stressor / how to complete the stress cycle) including some self reflection. And then we move into a gentle stress releasing yoga practice of ca. 75 min, including yoga poses, breath work and meditation moments.
It's suited for all levels.
