In a personal session we design a custom-made yoga practice according to your needs and you will get my full attention and assisting during the session. We will also talk about other aspects of your health depending on your needs and your situation. I believe that health and wellbeing need a holistic approach and we need to look at it in a 360 degree view and include topics such as mindfulness and movement as well as sleep and nutrition.

The sessions can take place in person or online, depending on what is possible and what your preference is.
